Kristy's Crockpot Chicken Posole
















    *2 or 3 Chicken Breasts
    *2 cloves Garlic, minced
    *1 Onion, diced
    *1 package of fajita seasoning
    *Salt, Pepper, we like to use a little Tony Chachere's
    *1 can (14.5 oz) Mexican stewed Tomatoes
    *2 cans (14.5 oz) Chicken Broth
    *1 cup Salsa Verde
    *2 cans (15 oz) hominy 

    Place all ingredients in your crock pot for 5 hours on High. or 8 on Low.

    You can serve this with tortilla chips and even some sour cream if desired.
